When you cant sleep, and everyone else is snoozing away, the next best thing is to come out into the quiet of your home with the Christmas tree glowing in the corner, get cozy with a warm blanket, a cup of coffee, (and my dog Mia!), and immerse into the bliss of alone time, peaceful time, and grateful time with God. Its quite magical, and a rare time that one must intentionally steal away for, in these busy and chaotic times we are bombarded with.
Then!......... to look outside and discover there is snow on the ground.....well there are no words, except maybe "Yippee"? or better yet "Thank you!" Oui, Merci Seigneur!
Well, its not Minnesota, Rena, but I will take what I can get! (big smile). I tried to capture a few of my moments this morning, and of the snow "dusting" in my yard, before it melts!!
